Wijnen Coaching & Consultancy is led by Henriëtte Wijnen. In her career she gained experience in both the business sector and the public sector.

She has been working at management level since 1996 and leads various teams of up to 25 employees, first at Start Uitzendbureau (now: USG People) and subsequently at various municipal organizations.

As a manager, she has always been responsible for the coaching of her team members. She is used to making decisions and bearing responsibilities, even in difficult times. She is committed to constructive cooperation with open and transparent communication. In addition, she thinks it is important to use the knowledge and experience of people in practice in change processes.


Within the social domain she worked for many years as manager and project leader and she was responsible for the content of the reintegration (work) & projects, job coaches, job hunter, social domain policy, integration, debt counseling, adult education.


Through years of school management experience with the portfolio of personnel affairs, a background in education and management experience (public and commercial sector), she can better manage and implement an optimal career and / or management coaching program within, among other things, the education sector.


The people who know her, as a colleague, coach and manager, characterize her as a professional, open, result-oriented, creative, social and flexible go-getter.

As a certified TMA professional and the experience mentioned, the reasons are that it realizes a coaching and / or reintegration process in a committed and successful manner. She is a member of NOLOC and trained according to NOBCO.
